We went for my birthday. Food was very good . We had the land and sea and lobster tail and filet. Lobster seemed a little tough to me . Scallops were tasty and the filet was super juicy and delicious even though I opted out of the garlic butter. There was some confusion as to what foods etc if any had any MSG so I had most of my food plain. I guessI should've researched beforehand. The chef was awesome but needed a bit more attention from wait staff . Maybe they could leave the water pitcher on the table . Every was was very friendly . It was a little tight fitting table to table etc. But overall it was a nice evening We had a 6 pm reservation which unfortunately took place during the staff'...
We paid $91 in service fees and I did not even get to enjoy my full meal of what I ordered because the server forgot our steam rice. We did not receive our rice till the end when we were about to leave. The chief took too long to cook our food and it wasn't till the end he asked if our order was complete. I was not satisfied with the service at all and I upset that I was obligated to pay that much when my service was not that good. Service took for ever to take our order and chief took to long to come cook the food. It was a bad experience.
Was sat in the back of the restaurant. 4 other tables back there with us all waited over an hour for food. Tables sat after us got servers before we did for drink orders. Had to complain to manager that we were going to leave to get appetizers served 45 min after ordering. They were very busy I get it, but it was not just our table all 4 tables waited over an hour for chefs to come serve food that was subpar. Steaks were fatty and tough. Fried rice tasted funny. Save your money an go to a different habachi steakhouse
Our chef was very quick to get in and out, it was very rushed. We had about 15-20 minutes of service. We definately got the express version, when he left all the other chefs were still cooking for a lot longer. Our table was rarely cleared and we had piles of dirty dishes not bussed. We were not impressed for how much money we spent

It was the most amazing day that we have had there in a long time!!! I'm not sure if it was because we were the first couple of the day but all I can say that our server was the best one that we had in a few months and the chef was excellent and still had a great attitude about his ability to make great food for us¡¡!¡!¡
Everything has gotten too expensive, including Benihana. I ordered the Splash and Meadow and about six pieces of my steak were too fatty to eat. The price is too high for that to happen. Maybe the chef didn't prepare the meat properly. Not sure what the issue was. I just know I paid for steak that I couldn't eat.
Reservation was an hour late to be seated and one of the managers gave our table up to “complaining” party even though our reservation was supposed to be seated next. We were told that we were next. Then 10 minutes later I watched her seat another party. The hostess confirmed the manger did this on her own.
First time at a Benihana in who knows how long. Overall experience was good. My daughter had a blast and our chef Kevin was super nice. Service was a bit slow because they seem understaffed. But the servers were very courteous and friendly. Not a place to go on the regular. Only for special occasions

The kids filet had shrimp on it and they would not remake the meal even though we are allergic. Joe the manager said the photo shows shrimp. Fyi, it is a generic pic with filet, chicken, cut up shrimp (was not obvious to me , zucchini onions (which were not included!
Server and cook both asked about allergies, loved that. Long wait from appetizers to the actual meal. Show was not as engaging as other times .. you do feel pressure to leave table super fast.
