We arrived for our reservation at 8:45 pm, but by 8:55 we had still not been seated. When we inquired about the delay, a staff member with a bad attitude informed us that they were short-staffed. Despite this, they seated two other tables ahead of us, one of which did not have a reservation. When we asked again at 9:05, the staff member with an even worse attitude informed us that the other table had called to say they were running late, so they had priority over us. When we questioned why the table without a reservation was seated before us, they had no response. It wasn't until we decided to leave that they finally attempted to seat us, but we declined and left the restaurant.
i would not order to go from here. the HIBACHI CHICKEN was wayyyy to peppery and had very little food for $40. The sauces came leaked. the sushi was okay. and the order came extremely late as the restaurant took a few hours to make it. it cost $150ish and my child and i were both left hungry and unsatisfied
As always our experience at the Hiltonâs Benihana was very good! Except for the soup which was very salty as a whole table found the same experience! Other than that, our waiter and the person that cooked our food Junior very Personable experienced and thoroughly enjoy the rest of our dinner!
The servers and chefs at the restaurant were fantastic. However, the hosting staff should smile more often when greeting customers. Initially, I was concerned due to the lack of a warm welcome, but I'm glad we decided to stay as the service and food were outstanding.

a very laborious experience. the personal was new and badly trained. the cook was very uninterested and a little cold. Server/Hostess was new and forgot the thing and repeatedly stated that it was overwhelmed. also the location was not clean.
Our server, Erykah, was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Rafi, our hibachi chef, did an amazing job and our son was initially scared of the fire, but Rafi made it a memorable experience for him.
Gary was the best chef I have ever encountered at this restaurant! The food was of amazing quality, and not to mention, he put on a fun volcano show for my birthday! Gary definitely surpassed my expectations.
All the proteins were very dry. The shrimp was also a bit rubbery not sure how fresh it was. Ended up throwing out the shrimp as I didnt want to get sick
