The chicken was excellent, but unfortunately, the burger was overcooked and dry, which overshadowed the rest of the meal. The fries were inconsistent—some were hard and clearly mass-produced, as a fresh batch would have eliminated the lumps from the potatoes. On a positive note, the service was great, and our server was lovely. We were seated in the back room, which had pleasant views, but it was quite noisy with staff frequently coming and going and eating their meals nearby.
Took my son there for his 40th Birthday my son is learning disabled and the only reason I not this is because I was extremely impressed by the service we received. Our waitress treated him just like anyone else while taking extra care to get him what he wanted, and how he wanted it. Aside from the amazing service the food was outrageous! I had the shrimp and grits, my son had the Art burger, and my daughter-in-law had The Kitchen plate
We dined here for the first time and, naturally, we had to try the renowned fried chicken. It was outstanding and certainly lived up to the hype. The service was friendly and attentive, which added to the experience. There were definitely other tempting options on the menu, so I might just have to sample some of those on my next visit.
You need to book here or be prepared to wait for a table. We ended up having starters say at a busy bar before being moved to a table but the portions were huge so we all struggled to eat them unfortunately which was a shame as they were so good. The food was very bland, their signature chicken sandwich left much to be desired. The side mac n cheese was also mediocre. The sweet tea was the best part of the meal. Service and atmosphere was great.
A decent comfort/southern food option in Disney Springs. The catfish sandwich was fine, but the chips were mediocre. However the real highlight of mine and my wife's dinner were the hush puppies.
Food was hit or miss the chicken was bone dry and stringy and lacked any flavor. The drinks were over priced but the service was amazing and the overall vibe of the location was very nice.

Amazing food and portion sizes are massive without the loss of quality. Staff were very friendly.
