My family and I dined at Benihana for the first time and were disappointed from the moment we entered. The atmosphere was lacking and it was noisy and chaotic in a negative way. We were seated next to a highly intoxicated man who physically attacked my father, who is 62 years old, for no reason. The police were called and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, due to both the environment and the type of clientele that frequents it. It's best to choose another hibachi restaurant over this low-quality chain.
The Benihana experience was as enjoyable as usual but much more intimate with the big difference being the lack of the usual crowd of diners. Our table consisted of only four people. This allowed for a more personal experience with our chef. The food was as tasty and the preparation a joy to watch. My only fear that it won't be available for long if attendance continues to be this poor. People seem to avoid dining out these days.
Lady took our photo without asking us, charged us for a salmon and avocado roll when we got a cucumber and avocado roll. She said they were the same price then after we got up from eating to use the bathroom, she accused us of trying to leave without paying . No nice 
Our chef was not very engaging. The bartender was new and wasn't sure how to make the specialty drinks. Our waitress was amazing. She tried her best to help with the issues. It's a hit or miss lately.

My husband and son took me to Benihana for a birthday dinner. As always, it was a great experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent and we all left full and happy
Was pretty bad, the waitress Barcelona speak english she didn't understand us, and we can not comunícate with her, the wait was pretty bad

The prices are getting ridiculous $50 for steak and shrimp is crazy
The only downside was that they did not offer any hot sake.
