The pho noodles were not freshly made; they were clumped together, much like what you might expect from a DoorDash delivery. The pieces of meat were excessively large, and given the price, the portion size was quite disappointing. Moreover, the pho toppings appeared old and dehydrated, wrapped in foil as if they had been pre-packaged. It seems they do not prepare the pho fresh at this restaurant. The customer service was also lacking. When we requested a to-go box, the staff member gave us vague directions on where to find it. When we asked again because we couldn't locate it, she reluctantly got up from her chair and pointed it out to us once more.
The food can be quite delicious, but the portion sizes and prices seem almost deceptive. For example, I paid $16 for a small serving of grilled baby squid with burnt tentacles. I can buy a pound of baby squid at my local supermarket for just $4.99, which means they must be spending only about 50 cents to $2 on the squid that I paid $16 for. It’s a similar situation with most of their seafood.
We ordered seven bowls of pho for our group of seven. After we finished our meal, my brother went up to pay the bill. He took care of the total, but the server included a tip without our knowledge. As a result, we ended up tipping 16% without even realizing it.
The only reason this restaurant stays in business is because of the exorbitant prices they charge, especially given the quality and portion sizes of the food. Additionally, they automatically add a mandatory 16% gratuity to the bill, without any exceptions.

The spring rolls were fantastic, especially when enjoyed with the house peanut sauce, and the egg rolls exceeded our expectations. We also had the Pad Thai with chicken, which was excellent!
The restaurant was very crowded, and the service was terrible! We waited for 30 minutes without even getting a cup of water. Nobody came to take my order, so I ultimately decided to leave.
I ordered the pad Thai, and I was really impressed by the flavors; they were exceptional. Additionally, it offered great value for the price.
The food is delicious, but be sure to double-check your order before leaving. I ended up missing two items from mine.
