Had afternoon tea with 8 friends in the imperial room, the whole experience was wonderful. The food was delicious, huge choice of teas, staff were amazing very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. 2 of our party didn’t like the sandwich selection but this wasn’t a problem and they were given alternatives. A lovely way to spend the afternoon would definitely recommend.
Loved the attentiveness of our waiter Jacob he went above and beyond making our experience exceptional. Lovely selection of food for the afternoon tea. Jacob was knowledgeable about his teas and menu and suggested some options for us. Lovely ambiance and setting couldn't of asked for more.
absolutely wonderful experience for my mother 80th birthday. all employees and especially james made this special experience for them. the food was delicious and with a special birthday lover and happy birthday on the piano excellent. I can't wait to go back to another special day.
it was a nice relaxed culinary experience. very well presented and beautiful fillings in the sandwiches. cakes were divine. very friendly staff team our waitress was nice that they could not have done more to have made us welcome. Book a table now
Everything was beautiful could not fault any of the food service was also great! Liked the offer of extra sandwiches the chicken sandwich was delicious as well as the scones and other miniture cakes were a work of art
everything was nice, only disappointed that we were charged for a second coffee banquet, had high tee in many destinations always unlimited tee and coffee in the price that after all was 90
We had a lovely afternoon tea, my wife and I. We would love to visit again. The staff and restaurant were faultless, the piano playing was wonderful.
