There were so many possibilities in BV, and I'm glad we chose this hotel. We stayed for a night that exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and the service we received was excellent. The room (1 bedroom suite) was clean and spacious and early available. The location cannot be beaten for walks along Rodeo Drive. The hotel is beautiful and fun to be. The bar/restaurant was also a very good experience. My only regret is that the bliss was already in the bills before we doubled and signed it.
This hotel is the best of the best. The rooms are spacious and the beds are ridiculously comfortable. But what really highlights this place is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and will be happy. Everyone welcomes you and many employees remember your name and preferences, so service is impeccable. The spa is also amazing.
They greeted us as soon as we got out of the car upgraded us to an amazing suite at checking in. Very friendly staff conveniently located. Wonderful amenities. Great gym spa. We’re enjoying our stay definitely will be back. Our suite was overlooking Rodeo Drive. We’re having a lot of fun.
I've never really enjoyed The Page, which always seems grimy and crowded, but not in a fun way. I'm sure I'd feel differently if it were my neighborhood bar, but it's not. However, I do like the beer selection and once I find a corner to squirrel myself away in, it's certainly all right. Book a table now
Very unfriendly arrogant employees! The manager of the pool café is so unfriendly that he made me speechless! Worst 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills not recommended at all!
Relaxing, fun, and beautiful. I've always enjoyed Beverly Hills, and this is a great place to enjoy yourself and blow off some steam.
