So I came to this location after going to the beyond juicery in Great Lakes crossing about 5 or 6 times, at that location I order the same thing a dream smoothie bowl with no coconut. They are consistent, I've had multiple different associates make my bowl and it's always the same. Today I went to this Rochester location, and they gave me three strawberries and four bananas, forgot the peanut butter, the associate who made my bowl seemed to be lost at the fact that I asked for the toppings on the side... so it took twice as long to make it. And I notice at the other location (in the mall) they are cutting the fruit fresh, at this Rochester location they pulled the fruit out of a container.....
I have been a loyal and consistent customer for over 2 years and I will not be back due too the way I was treated today. I love supporting local businesses I was in line to order my typical $100 order of smoothies when another customer walked in and picked a few items from the fridge. The employee serviced the other customer before me as I waited patiently. The employee had previously acknowledged me me but for some reason felt like it was ok to take care the other customer first even after she told me she would take my order next. When I addressed the situation the employee went to the back and never came back. Can?t say for sure that race was a factor but common courtesy and customer servi...
I'm a big fan of beyond juice and this location is no different. One thing I must say is there seems to be consistency between the various locations, which is generally hard to do. Beyond has an excellent array of smoothies to choose from or build your own. Their ingredients are fresh and don't contain yucky sweeteners and syrups like some smoothie places. They offer vegan protein options as well. If juice is your thing they offer pre- bottled as well as freshly made. They also have a nice array of wraps and you can also customize those and a gluten wrap is available. The Anna- smoothie with chocolate protein is my go to as well as their turkey wrap.
I've always loved the smoothies and juices from Beyond, but today I decided to try their smoothie bowl and it was disappointing. There was less than a cup of smoothie in the bowl, which wasn't even full, as three-quarters of it was just toppings. For over $12, I expected much more. If you're after a great smoothie bowl, I recommend heading to Playa Bowls in Rochester instead!

Beyond Juicery Eatery juice is fantastic! The staff is the BEST, they are always helpful and friendly. There is something for everyone! They have a wide variety of juices, smoothies and food options. Try their avocado toast, it’s out of this world! Also, the cashew latte is a weekly treat for me, but it could easily be a daily treat. Stop in! You will not be disappointed!

Great location! The service is consistently fast and accurate when it comes to fulfilling orders. They are also quick with DoorDash, but the prices are significantly higher compared to ordering directly. For instance, their 20 oz raw juices cost 37% more on DoorDash before any additional fees, which is quite a markup.
Beyond Juice is incredible! The food is fresh and expertly made. They have a wide variety of options, including smoothies, juices, and more. They are also very accommodating for those with allergies! I especially love their peanut butter and coffee smoothie; it tastes amazing!

The Fresca salad with chicken was delicious. Everything was so fresh, amazing portions and the southwest dressing was exploding with flavor. I wish I could afford to eat here every day!
The mint-infused lemonade was quite disappointing. It was overly sweet and lacked any real mint flavor, resembling the kind of lemonade you might find at a fair.
