I placed an order through Google maps and the receipt that it gave me did not show my name. When I show up to pick up my food I show my receipt to the cashier and I tell her my name 's not on it. And she just says you don 't got no name? Okay hold on I don 't get how she got past an interview with that demeanor.She goes and attends other customers instead of just checking the order number. What should have taken 30 seconds now turned into a 10 minute wait. She comes back and looks at my phone and she still can 't figure out what an order number is. It goes back to taking orders from other customers.The only reason it 's not a one star is because one of the cooks was nice enough to do her job...
It is refreshing to have a burger joint that asks how you cooked your beef (rare, medium, well made) and is made fresh on order vs a place that throws a bunch of patties on the grill and assumes that everyone like them cooked in the same way. On all Gourmetburger options, sandwiches with toppings that there are many can be completely customized. So said the burger was made right, good, obviously fresh and juicy (quality beef) but I wasn't necessarily above the moon. We were looking for a place to eat a good burger and close to home when we first walked in the owner. Darlene was very inviting and pleasant. I ordered my burger and it is like a build your own, and my daughter ordered the wings. My daughter is not a big meat eater, and she loved the wings. My cheeseburger was made just the Way I like it on the following day. I took my husband, who also ordered a Burger it was cooked to perfection, and he also loved it. I had told him about the wings, but he was full from the burger and said he would get it next time. I recently had a wonderful experience at BGR, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Darlene. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. To the necessity of a beautiful juicy burger, next to the station, is your place. Also chicken wings, I had special Kentucky Bourbon style today, and was good and full taste with onion rings, is my second time in this place, and I really enjoy it. I recommend it.
Place is clean. The two employees were friendly and did their job well. The food was okay. The prices are way too high for mediocre fast food. Maybe you'll like it. But there are better burgers in the area for less.
