Biang Biang is a great addition to the food scene on capitol hill. Serving Xi'an style noodles and other treats it offers a good variety of spice level and meat options. They also have teas, and a decent variety of alcoholic beverages. I'm a big fan of the cumin lamb, that I've had a couple times now. Recently tried the curry chicken and was happy with that as well. Biang Biang is a great spot for a casual dinner with friends, on a date or with a small family. I haven't had to wait more than 5 10 minutes for a table. Service is pretty zippy here.Parking: Street parking, come early to find parking.

The hand pulled noodles here are so good! My friend and I shared the Mala hot dry noodles (there is also a option for soupy noodles) we also ordered the garlic pork dumplings. I did not care for the garlic pork dumplings. I won’t order them again, I would definitely go back for the noodles and try other appetizers. The cocktails we ordered were also yummy and they came in ehe cutest cups. You cannot take them home! P.S If you cannot take the spice, do not add any moreSpice to Mala hot noodles -it’s already prettySpicy!
I've never had this type of noodle, so I was nervous to try it. They were amazing. I ordered the pork ribs with noodles. FYI, their broth is only made with pork. My friend does not eat pork, so she had to go with a dry noodle. I believe she ordered spicy beef noodles. She did not enjoy it like she was hoping. I did try hers and I wasn't happy with the flavor. The spice helped give it some type of taste. Otherwise service and drinks were good. I forgot my license so I did not get to try any alcoholic beverages.
Great place for hand pulled noodle cravings. I ordered the Pork Ribs Dry Mix noodles which had really great flavor and not too spicy at all. The meat was very tender and also served with a hardboiled egg.We also got the pork dumplings salt pepper wings on the side. The pork dumplings were just ok and the wings had a slightly different spice flavor than I expected. It was not too peppery which was nice.Space is limited in this restaurant but it's definitely goes by quick if you're in line. Book a table now
Ate here when I was catching up with a friend. It was alright. I was expecting the Sichuan wings to be spicy, but it was just sweet like honey glaze. pepper and salt wings were ok. I ordered the beef noodles soup, it was alright. I had leftovers and took it home it didn't taste as good warmed up (granted it was 2 days later so that might have been why).
This restaurant is nothing remarkable. While the concept is good, the food itself is not very appealing. The dishes were lacking in flavor and the noodles were inconsistently cooked, with a raw flour taste. The scallion pancake seemed store-bought rather than freshly made. There are much better dining choices in the vicinity and in Seattle overall.
I enjoyed it! The meat was tasty, especially the cumin lamb which I liked more than their house special pork rib to be honest. The portion size was just right, although I would have preferred the noodles to be chewier. The fried chicken bao bun was surprisingly delicious! I also enjoyed looking at their fish tank while I dined.
Holy cow for delicious! Incredible flavor, spice and freshness. Huge portions so order accordingly. Loved the mala spicy beef and noodle soup was heavenly and the green onion pancakes tasted similar to having them in China. Highly recommend. Book a table now
Firm and flavorful hand pulled noodles that balance between salty and spicy. Well worth the wait/short-staff chaos. We had leftovers bc we got the potstickers and a bao. The drinks are quite strong too!Vegetarian options: Tofu options

"Amazing 360 degree views of Seattle and beyond! Makes the Space Needle look tiny from up there, and it's also nice that they offer food and beverages up there. Worth the cost of admission and uncrowded, even on the Saturday we went."
