We asked our server about sharing a soup and whether it’s a cup or bowl size and he said it’s really a personal size soup but some people share, with a tone of voice that suggested it’s a bad idea. We decided to make a reservation to eat here after a symphony performance. It’s close enough to the performing arts center and many other downtown locations that you can park once and just walk. This was our first time dining here and we noticed the inviting and unique decor right away. Our hostess and waitress were both helpful and friendly. We did not order drinks, but the app (pork spring rolls) and entrees (pad Thai and cashew ginger chicken) were very tasty. We each had to get a box as the entrees are very large portions (probably could have shared a plate). Overall a very nice experience and we would definitely go back again.
Excellent food, looking forward to trying their more adventuresome dishes. Front house staff was contradictory with seating which reflects poorly on service but waitstaff was excellent.
