I ordered a double cheeseburger and I find the extra charge for the cheese to be quite ridiculous. The burger itself was fantastic—hot, fresh, with crispy and delicious onions. However, I do have one complaint: the meat really lacks flavor and desperately needs a bit of salt and pepper. I’ll give it one more try, but if there’s no improvement, I probably won’t return. I did notice chili on the menu, and if that doesn’t impress me, I definitely won’t be coming back.
Bigg Burger is normally my favorite Burger Spot. Before I share more, I do want to say the service is outstanding. Great people. However, the quality of the burger has diminished for me. It appears they have changed the beef they use or went to a pre-made patty. Previously it was like their burgers were smash burgers and made fresh. I am not sure if they have changed or not but my burger today was not that good.
(Updated Review) Used to be 5 star burger location. Now 2.5 stars. Last couple of times here, the service has gotten worse. Probably won't be returning. Terrible service. If you want 5 guys type burgers at a fraction of the cost, try this place. Good burgers with over 25 toppings to choose from. Also, they serve fresh-cut fries.
I won’t lie; this place was as straightforward as it gets! It was clean, had friendly staff, and a simple menu. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious! The burgers were classic, fresh, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and just how I like them! I will definitely be coming back! Book a table now
I would choose their burger over any chain burger! ? ? ?? I didn’t really like the fries but the others in my group did. I recommend the single with tomato, lettuce, pickles, ketchup and mustard.

The burgers and fries are just mediocre. I wouldn't choose to eat there as my first option. Book a table now

"Fantastic place for breakfast. Easily a dozen choices of omelettes. Also at least a dozen breakfast choices like corned beef and hash, french toast, an italian sausage breakfast, and pork chop and eggs. I had the spinach and feta cheese omelette;filling and perfectly done (not runny nor burnt). They even have an omelette with steak. Great service; hard working friendlypeople."
