I've tried to be pleasant every time I go in there, the last time I went, the manager I think is the one who took over making my sub while the young lady who started my sub was in training and trying to learn.... rude!!!!I just now did a door dash delivery and apparently they don't accept special requests we have to call them, I'm on my 4th or 5th call right now because I want my bun double toasted and NO ONE answered my call right now I'm on call #6I will definitely order from a different subway in the future not this one!!!!!!Ohhh here goes call #7
I would never spend $15 on a 6-inch sub. The staff seemed a bit dismissive, as I was very specific about my order. They took about seven minutes in the back before finally coming to take my order. Ultimately, I couldn’t afford the sub and had to leave without it. It felt like the young female employees were laughing behind their hijabs.
I always have a fantastic experience at this Subway. The staff is always incredibly kind and friendly. I'm also very grateful for the drive-thru; it makes everything much more convenient. Thank you for consistently being so wonderful!
Asked someone to find something we knew was in the store based on online data...staff came back and stated it's not here...we went and found it in 2 minutes...very disappointing and has happened several times this year....

Update 5 years later: still slow as hell!This is such a slow subway! I don't even care about scarce toppings I just wish I could get in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.
This restaurant is extremely clean and generous with their toppings. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
