At one point, I would have rated this place a 3, but now it's a 1— and that change happened in just two days. I visited the day before yesterday, and they were out of Red Bull and bagel ingredients. When I returned today, they had those, but were out of 24 oz cups and whipped cream. Who is in charge of ordering here? Don't you have a system to track inventory and place orders when supplies run low? This is getting ridiculous. I ended up sitting there for 45 minutes over a coffee that I didn't even want to customize, but had to because they didn't have the basics. Please do better; it’s disappointing. This used to be a great spot for coffee and food, but I’m not going to spend my entire lunch...
Wow. We ordered our coffee with minimal confusion, but we proceeded to wait in line for about 40 minutes before getting to the window. We waiting in line for another 10 minutes before anyone opened the window for us to pay, and give us our coffee that was just sitting there. On top of that, the coffee was disgusting. We won’t be coming back.
Do not go here if you need fast service takes them 20 minutes to pour liquids into one cup. They are the slowest coffee place in Lima they want people to pull off so they don’t have to do as much then after your 20 minute wait for one drink they want to ask for a tip ??
Really tired of trying to order online and them cancelling the order because they don’t want to make the item. Bragels for example, they shut down the toaster like an hour and a half before they close. St Mary’s doesn’t do this, Cable rd doesn’t do this so do better.

Extremely slow... employees have no sense of urgency... coffee is mediocre at best....hey I have a novel ideas if someone in the drive thru has a large order have them pull off to the side so that those who only want a coffee are waiting 30
Asked for a cider, got something that isn't even cider. As well as whoever was taking my order not having a good attitude, unprofessional. May also need to check their money, paid with cash and didn't get my change.
Biggby coffee is amazing. However this location is always slow no matter what time it is. Idk if it's a staffing issue or the staff
