The staff were very friendly, which is the main reason I’m giving them 2 stars. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. We experienced a long wait, and when our meals finally arrived, we found that both of us were missing items from our plates. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they informed us that the items had run out and offered us a substitute instead. The food was extremely greasy and tasted like old oil, and it was served lukewarm to cold. While the staff were kind enough to remove one drink from our bill, I won’t be returning. I forced myself to eat the food because I was starving, but I regretted it afterward. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially on weekends.
We were seated promptly and received a warm welcome. A big thank you to our waitress, Courtney, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our visit. However, our main courses and coffee could have been served a bit hotter, and there wasn't much of an atmosphere, even though it was only 6 PM on a Sunday evening. Overall, we enjoyed our dine-in dinner experience.
This restaurant has always been one of my favorites. The staff is incredibly pleasant and attentive. I dined in for breakfast, and the overall experience was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend the Traditional Breakfast. The cost per person was around £40–50.
We had a brief wait to be seated, but the staff kept us informed about the wait time. Upon arrival, we learned that they had run out of beef burgers, which limited some menu options. However, the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was delightful, and the service was quick.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I've visited twice, and the second time was for my birthday. I love the pleasant atmosphere and the delicious food. My dessert was truly a work of art. This is one of my favorite places, and I can't wait to return!
