We made a reservation for 9:30pm, but we regretted it. There was no welcoming smile when we arrived, only a warning that the restaurant would be closing at 10. We quickly placed our orders and our food arrived 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, 5 minutes into our meal, the music stopped and the lights turned on, ruining the atmosphere. The flatbread we received was hard and clearly from the end of the night. If you want a relaxing meal, I would recommend not going later than 8:30pm. We won't be returning as there are many better options in Brighton.
Very empty so service should have been good. We were told a list of things that they didn’t so the menu was limited. I ordered a chicken burger and had a conversation with my waitress about what it came with. When I got my meal I was given a beef burger not a chicken burger and then was told that that was what I ordered. Food was nice, but not what I wanted and I was compensated by not having to pay, but that’s not the point
Excellent experience! The service was outstanding, with our server being very attentive. Everyone enjoyed their food, and my sharing platter was absolutely delicious. Additionally, we were able to use a voucher which made the meal even more enjoyable due to the exceptional value.
The service at the restaurant was outstanding. Most of the food was delicious, but I ordered the Santorini salad and found it to be very bland and unappetizing. I couldn't even finish it.

Was lovely for a Sunday evening. Only issue which probably due to us was some of the items was sold out but we did have a 8pm booking. But still plenty to choose from.
Haven’t been to Bills in a while and very impressed, wanted a dog friendly restaurant and they definitely were, food for a chain restaurant was also rather tasty.
Cancelled 2 hours before my booking as they decided to close early. No explanation. Thanks ruined dinner plans for 4 people on. Bank Holiday
