Second string almost topless club. Let's face it, NYC has the best topless places and Billy Dean's is a mere blip out on the edge of the radar scope. The girls here are ok, just not the primo hotties you get at the NYC (and Suffolk County) places. Another negative is that it is pasties only in Nassau booooring. The place is small went there for a bachelor party. This is an AMAZING place! My husband and I visited New York for our 25th anniversary, and I’m not sure how we found this gem, but we had such a great time that we're still laughing about it a month later. The staff are all stunning, full of energy, and their beautiful smiles made us feel incredibly welcome. The music was fantastic as well. The drinks are very reasonably priced. We can't wait to return, and we highly recommend it!
I love this palce, they send me birthday cards, and the girls are beautiful. Some shouldn't be stripping but I think thats more of a personal issue but most of them are kind and sweet and really interact with the fresh meat. Can't resist but fall in love for a good lap dance and then on to the next one. Never tried the food but going to the next time I go.

Such a fun place to be. The entertainment is great and the owners are very personable unlike most bar owners. If you need to unwind, Billy Deans is the place to go.
Went on a Saturday night and place was maybe half full. Girls were nice and the lap dances are in a private booth. There is a cover charge to get it.
