If I could, I would give Billy 's zero stars. They have lost our business for good. Our party of 5 arrived and was seated at 11 AM (we had made reservations just in case). The restaurant was not busy, there were several open tables. We placed our order for food and drinks and waited. We received our drinks but 40 minutes had passed since placing the food order and nothing had been brought out of the kitchen. We had to flag down the manager; she was too busy chatting with her employees and had to actually be called to twice. Her response to their lackadaisical service was Oh, yea. Breakfast always gets backed up . She went to the kitchen to check on our order and didn 't even have the profess...

So disappointed again! We ordered our drinks and food at 6:30. After 45 minutes of waiting the server finally seen we had no drinks. She went to check on them. A new person told us she lost our drink order and took a new drink order. Mind you, our food order was also on that ticket. She finally returned with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. “We ordered an hour ago”. I’ll go check. We knew our order was never put in since it was on the list drink order. Hello! I was in on Saturday night in the same group as Patty. We have all worked in the service industry and are all small business owners. We understand the difficulties first hand that the pandemic has brought, however that makes customer service even more important. I understand food costs and shortages, and if she had calmly explained to us those reasons this likely would have gone differently. After all we are a group of rational, kind human beings. Instead, all 4 of us were treated in a manner that was not just unwarranted, but embarrassing. The use of law enforcement is typically not the best way to handle customer complaints. The bar area is always crowded and seems almost separate from the rest of the restaurant. The rest of the place always feels empty. Servers are scarce and sometimes look like they're lost. I think my biggest issue is the lack of communication to its patrons, and clearly not passing on information to the staff. Karaoke is usually on Saturday nights, but the few times I've been there, karaoke only happened once. When I've asked servers why there isn't karaoke, most of them don't know. The food is fine. It's bar food. They have good specials, great prices, but for me it's the popcorn. I feel like that machine has been around for a while because the popcorn is perfect. Book a table now

Food is usually pretty good here. We like to go there occasionally. Last time I went through the taco salad was horrible the shells were cold and soft. There just was a lack of flavor the meat was cold. I said something to the waiter he said well that's how we make the shells. No one offered anything to make it better but it didn't finish my dinner. Then when I wrote a message to the establishment, Someone wrote that I could have told the owner he was there so basically it's my own fault that I had a bad meal. No I told the waiter the waiter could have told the owner that's not my job. Not very good business sense there

This was my favorite restaurant for the past 22 years of my life. But today changed everything the manager Kelly was very rude with myself and my roommate. She was very hostile and refused cooperate and talk nicely anyway I approached her. I will not be going back there and my family who has loved Billy's I will also have not return there. You lost 40 customers for life

Just your local bar. Food is decent. Prices are ok. The specials are pretty good. The patio is nice. It seems dog (on leash) friendly too I saw at least 4 dogs while I was on the patio. I would go again, especially mid week when things are quite.

I love the burgers... hand made not a frozen patty. But their fajitas are THE BEST!!! And free popcorn. Oh, and try the chicken bacon burger...fries are not crunchy enough but I always sub out for a nice light salad. HAPPY Book a table now

My entire family gathered to celebrate Mom's 80th birthday and had an amazing time at this restaurant. The wings were delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. The outdoor patio was also a great feature.
