Willy Mccoys Champlin

On Monday evening 03/28 my neighbors and I went to Willy McCoy's in Champlin, as we have done many times as they offer 1/2 price on Burger. As always the service was great, food was very good. We met Kim. I want to tell you that she has excellent customer service skills. My burger was a bit too cool and Kim immediately came to our table and expressed her concern. THAT is excellent customer service. She treated us and made our night a very pleasant experience. Customer service, good customer service is a hard thing, and Kim should teach the ability. It is a great example of managing and holding customers in the foreground of company success. Thank you. Kim.

This is a fun place to eat and it has excellent food and lots of beer choices. We go there often, it is a great place to meet up with people. I would give them five stars if they had keto/low-carb choices, but they do not except salads. The service is consistently excellent here and they have daily meal specials that are great deals. Will continue to be our go-to place.

Large open pub style dining corner. The Fajitas are delicious, but a bit on the size and style of the appetizers. The staff does not wear masks and there are only blowing dryers in the toilet room. atmosphere price service quality safety

Ordered some scarf and a drink after work and it was beyond the great. Service was prompt, drink never emptied, food was on point, bathroom clean and the aesthetic was nice. Will come back

Food had great flavor (Philly burger)... Slightly messy, as expected. Lot of cheese. Waitress was super friendly. They got us in and out pretty quick first thing when they opened up
