We got here at about 7pm tonight 1/09/22 and ordered at about 7:10. We didn’t get our food until 7:50. The server never came to check on us or let us know it’s taking longer, actually she was no where to be found. When she finally came after we held up the yellow card for help for about 5 min with our food, we asked for a refill and she rudely replied “help yourself it’s self serve” ok so why didn’t you tell us when we ordered?!? How are we supposed to know?? We were missing a whole large fry and celery. Couldn’t even complain because nobody ever came to the table. So disappointed with this horrible service. my family and I have come here since the opening in champlin. eating was always good, the staff always polite. I'm not sure what happened, but from 2018 everything stopped. I have experienced everything from bad service, eating out camps, dreadful cooking, dried-up chicken, unclean restaurant area and tables. it's probably been a year since I was last because it was terrible for the last time I was there. today my son and I came to lunch and found nothing much has changed. only a few people there on Sunday afternoon, service was slow, and eating was dry and not good. my family and I will not be back.
Terrible experience... never again. I came in for a takeout order, and nothing went right. It took about 20 minutes longer than they estimated, even though my order was small and I was the only one there. They also rang up an extra drink I didn't ask for, and weren't the slightest big polite. Finally got home to eat my food, and they totally skipped one of my wing sauces! They also added Buffalo to my wife's wrap, even though I asked them not to. Glad I gave a good tip just for nothing to go right! Avoid this place, go anywhere else.
I agree with other reviews about the service. It was not very busy when we were there but the server made some excuse why 1 beer and 1 drink took over 10 minutes when I saw two people working behind the bar. Much of the staff was busy talking at a table, instead of actually working. Wings tasted like they had been sitting a long time. Only good thing is their sauces. Almost $50 for some wings, fries, and 2 drinks (2 people). Not a good value, regardless of price increases due to Covid.

Let me start this by saying how amazing the cooks, management, servers and bartenders are. We went in late and it took awhile for us to get our food but Anthony and Douglas took into consideration that and they comped our whole meal. They treated us so well and made sure we were happy the whole time. I couldn’t be more grateful for how nice they were to us. This is by far my best experience at any restaurant!
No comments on food, but they take verylong time to prepare your order. Last time I called them 7.15 pm and placed my order, the girl said it will be ready in 25 minutes, I was there around 7.40 pm and I had to wait more 35 minutes before I got my order. I can't say the late due staff shortage because there was 4 employees behind the counter doing nothing, oh sorry they were drinking coke and laughing.
blonde lady with the bungalow was the best. great customer service and geduld with our big party. they need even more employees! that is likely why we had unpleasant waiting times, parts of men's orders come far apart that thirst after filling, and the list could go on, but and I will let it go! eating was quite good.
Nothing fancy about BWWs, but they have decent wings for a good price. Have used them for takeout a few times in the last few months and order accuracy is somewhere around 70%. So double check your order before you drive away wo make sure you're getting what you paid for.
