Bilus Colombian - Table reservation

This restaurant is exceptionally clean and at hearing to the mask and social distancing rules. The food was delicious.. we ordered a dish called paella (pronounced pa.. a.. ya) Which is a Yellow rice dish with Sweet peas red and green peppers And an aray of seafood chicken and pork.. At your request they may be able to serve the rice peas and peppers with just seafood or just chicken or just pork A small salad which should actually be a bigger serving is served with your rice and a side of Fried plantains. Great service and the restaurant is exceptionally clean.. Don't forget to try the flan dessert.. Absolutely delicious.

This was our first time at Bilus and we were NOT disappointed. Our server was super friendly and engaging. We had the chicharron arepa, chicken empanada (I think) and chicken and rice dish as well as drinks. Everything was great. This will definitely become a regular spot. Update: Went again and had the same dish and different drinks. Our server wasn't as engaging but was equally as pleasant.

I can't believe that they literally give half the meat, chorizo and pig and over the load. The rest of the food was very simple in taste?, I was very disappointed by the overall experience, what is difference from Las Palmas restaurant in Orlando Florida. The left is Bolus Restaurant and the right is Las Palmas, Orlando Florida

This hidden gem was one of the best finds in a while! I met my friend here for brunch and ordered the frijoladas. It was flavorful and extremely filling. The server we had didn?t speak much English but he still did an amazing job. We will be coming back to try other dishes soon.
