I usually don't write reviews, but today we had such a terrible culinary experience in what is inherited as the place in richmond. our starter drinks lasted 30 minutes to arrive despite 2 bar staff .. the starter was tiny makrele two very small pieces .. and the main took over 2.5 hours to operate even though they asked several times. we ordered the wine pairing menu and because eating was delayed so that the wee was paired with wrong food ... service staff was late and confused ... and had no control over the kitchen. a waste of day and money. is not warned again.
I am glad I found this place for my daughter's birthday. Everything was excellent. Now, good food doesn't come cheap, but it was a valuable one-off experience that made her day special and the lunch menu deal came at a good price, considering all. I would happily go back and try the rest of the menu items which we could not try out this time. The food was of superior quality.
An exceptional fine dining experience. Obviously it’s not a cheap evening out but the value for what you get is amazing. The food was to die for, the staff attentive and atmosphere was great on the river. Will definitely be back for another special occasion and would highly recommend.
Everything was perfect! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the food was incredible, and the restaurant and hotel are stunning. Will definitely be going back

The husband brought me to his company holiday party here and it was pretty amazingWe had the basement all to ourselves with an open bar - neat.
Beware on Fridays and Saturdays you can only have the taster menu which works about 7 courses with their add ons. Otherwise faultless.
