A lot of money has obviously been spent on restoring this massive old farmhouse as a hostal rural. It is situated at a height so on the night when we dined there, there was a very stiff wind. For some reason or other there outdoor dining area is on a patio which is completely exposed to the wind. This is despite the fact that they have various walled areas which would be well protected and which would much better suit outdoor dining at this location. The wind was so strong that it was too cold and unpleasant to eat there. We ate indoors. The food is very good. I ordered lamb and the portion was quite small. El confort de las habitaciones es genial, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y la estructura, la carretera para acceder al hotel es un tramo corto pero es de una sola via, por lo que hay que ir con un poco de cuidado, ambiente menorquin, paz, naturaleza y confort. A destacar la habitacion amplia, el tipo de materiales usados, el mobiliario, materiales nobles dificil de encontar en un 4 estrella en Menorca.
We stayed at the hotel and ate in the restaurant 3 times. Although the menu does not change we found enough choice on it and ate delicious food on every occasion. Eating on the terrace outside under the pine trees the stuff of dreams !
we celebrated a birthday at the beautiful Bingaus Vell.and enjoyed charming and unhurried service and some excellent dishes especially the range of starters, with a good wine list both for value and quality.

Hermoso hotel, ubicación impresionante. El camino es muy estrecho entre muros altos. Dos coches no pueden pasar.
Para desconectar es ideal. Habitaciones muy amplias y muy bien ubicado.
