Easy to spot?..You gotta drive inside the plaza in order to see it.Place look clean, nice welcoming.Prices are not so bad. Out of all the Michoacanas location this is our first visiting one. We really thought they were gonna top other ice cream shops but I gotta say one out of 4 different items we got was good.The vanilla and raisins popsicle was lacking flavor and it had way to many raisins than ice cream, the nieve de fresa more like sorbet is artificial flavored not made with real strawberries as well as the nieve de limón both not made natural and real ingredients. You can taste the difference right away. And the only thing that tasted grate was the chocolate covered with sprinkles froze...
Called 9/14/21 1:00pm to place an order for my office of 50+ employees and the person who answered clicked on me when they heard me speak English, I would've spoke to them in Spanish if they would've given me the chance before rudely clicking on me. Called again and they didn't answer. guess they don't want business.
My experience here was great. The service was very fast and easy and overall a nice experience. I was just looking for a nice chill ice cream and got what I wanted. I ended up getting the Cotton Candy ice cream cone and was satisfied. I would highly recommend this place for any delicious snacks and ice cream.

This is such a bad place everything is pretty much water. Bought a biónico and the crema was completely liquid milk . The michoacana from across the street next to 7 eleven is definitely way better!!!! Bad customer service bad everything.
I like to come to this michoacana but I don't like that the tall brunette chubby lady is well coda like that if we're not paying, grab a bionic and it was pure fruit almost no cream and want to charge extra for putting more.
Very yummy food but I was disappointed in the tamarindo because it was nothing but liquid and no texture in it, kinda like a syrup.
Taste good but added waaaayyy too much chamoy and Valentina my tostiloco is drowning in it
