a couple dinner during our quick passage by Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. contiguous to the hotel (very good) where we stayed one night, a restoration of local products. Quick and pleasant service and the wine advice was good. small entries with a board of local hams (ok) and piquillos stuffed with cod (local recipe) just a little fade because the taste of cod is not present enough despite the chorizo sauce. Then we each took a bar net with a risotto. for us both the nets were well cooked but not too much for me it didn't have the skin but my wife had her bar cooked on skin and it was quite difficult for her to separate the flesh from the skin. very pleasant setting with small terrace facing the churcheasy parking some regional specialists and also French cuisine classics we were 10 with different dishes and everyone is very happy to not miss especially that the reception is very friendly and smiling
