Don’t go to this place. The worse customer service. I went for lunch with 6 other friends and it has to be the worst place I have ever eaten in. The service was terrible. Firstly I found a long dark hair I have blonde hair so it wasn’t mine) in my chicken wrap when I complained. They took the food off me and without me asking if wanted something else or not! They took the plate away. My friend ordered a bacon sandwich and the bacon was green and rank! My other friend asked for olive oil they didn’t have any! We visit Lark Lane in Liverpool reasonably often but had never tried Rhubarb. The place looks quite welcoming and the atmosphere was great good music and not too noisy. The staff were outstanding though very cheerful and so happy to help. My companion had the large breakfast and he was quite happy with it and it was certainly large! I had a mushroom omelette and it was very disappointing. It was very crisp on the outside and liquid on the inside and really rather bland. I only ate about half of it. Would I return? Not sure. The menu has plenty of choice, so maybe.
Eating here was just the worst experience. Today with my friends we waited 40 mins while the shop was empty for soggy chips and chewy chicken. The cutlery brought to us still had food stuck it and when a member of staff was told, not even an apology was given, knife and fork just thrown at me pretty much. This place is over priced to say the least. Never again
had the breakfast here yesterday morning; beautiful environment the personal was so pleasantly very helpful, nothing was too much annoyed. we decided to pass the american classic breakfast consisting of pancake, streaky speck, rührei maple syrup. omg it was delicious, many thanks to bistro rhubarb we back

went today 8/9/23 for lunch, waited 50 minutes whilst people arrived after us got their food before us! went in to ask how long to be told they would start it now, they obviously forgot to put our order in!! would not recommend and would definitely not return!!!! disappointed to say the least.
Lovely place on Lark Lane. We ordered a vegetarian breakfast which was a really large portion, and every item was delicious. We also got the eggs Benedict the ham was a lovely addition and perfectly runny yolks. Staff were lovely and friendly too, will definitely be back soon.
Excellent food and service. Our first visit but definitely not our last. Delicious cinnamon toast with banana, maple syrup and clotted cream. Good service with cheerful and attentive staff. Thankyou
Tried the avocado brunch and coffee. both really nice. Table service too which was nice. Plenty of tables and chairs outside too.
