Old world charm with modern class! My friends and I discovered Bistro 12 while in Tarrytown for Westminster. We can’t recommend it enough. The food is delicious, well-prepared, and plated perfectly. Find this local gem while we were visiting our kids. A storefront restaurant serving European food. Just wanted a little bit since we flew in and had a late lunch. I tried the Grilled Octopus, Garlic/Oil and Escarole and Fried Calamari with Tomato Sauce. Both very good. My wife ordered the Butternut Squash Soup and the Eggplant Rollatini. I don't usually write reviews but this restaurant is so great it deserves one. For starters, I think it's best food I've had in westchester. Whoever is making the sauces is some kind of genius. They are exceptional. The service is a different level. They treat you like family. Expect a complimentary aperitif or dessert. Expect a song. It's a gem of a restaurant that rivals anything in New York city.

We were in Tarrytown for a wedding. Had a lovely dinner from start to finish! The grilled octopus was sooo good! I had short ribs and my husband had grilled veal chop, both meals were excellent! Lastly, we had a pistachio dessert to die for! Also had a flan which was very good. Service was excellent. Might come back to visit Tarrytown just to eat here again!!!!
A great Portuguese Italian restaurant. We got a few Portuguese staples, and they not only clearly executed the food perfectly, they even were able to elevate on them from the traditional dishes I grew up with. Highly recommend. For a full 3 course Portuguese dinner I recommend the Green Soup, the Pork Tenderloin Entree, and the Flan.
This place is awesome! The two owners have built a restaurant that is inviting, great wine, and fabulous food! The restaurant has a great atmosphere for a date night, special occasion, or a casual night out. The wall art is beautiful and painted by one of the owners.I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!
A nice place to enjoy good cuisine. A quite environment and friendly service. The only critique is the waiting time between the appetizers and the entrees, but the wait was compensated with delicious food

Took our reservation on a short notice on a busy night. The seafood risotto was wonderfully prepared.....Great meal and the staff was amazing.
Excellent fish and desserts that were exceptional — ricotta cheese cake with pistachio and flan were absolutely marvelous.
