An unusual experience. We welcomed a group (10) of friends on a one-week culinary journey. The trip included a Michelin starred restaurant every day. The comparison is requested. No doubt this restaurant is one of the best. I appreciate the meticulousness of the service, the level of understanding of the staff in the dishes. The attention and desire to produce a complete experience for the customer. Food... or food. Unusual level plates. Tasting, with an amazing presentation. Appreciable aesthetic. Very nice restaurant by the sea, very beautiful terace with tables spaced. The menu is quite limited but offers nice dishes. The wine map is well provided with and includes beautiful references from all over the world. The quality of the products is excellent, fresh, local, but it lacks a little seasoning and the temperature of uneven dishes. The chipirons were cold, and few, the warm trout. The pluma a little too cooked. The dessert, maxi flash, raspberry pistachio is a real killing. Good service without being exceptional, a little rough.

We went there for our wedding anniversary, 10 years it's celebrating. Aperitif taken at the bar, impeccable, 2 menus discovered, we enjoyed each other. Just a little anecdote (which removed the fifth star), j =e don't know if it's an error or done on purpose but we were taken a second resistance dish by telling us that it was the gift for our birthday, weird as a gift, very good but weird. I would have thought of a cup of champagne as for my 50 years at Maria Christina (Donostia). If I could have put 4.5 stars

Nice place to have a drink, dishes offered, for dinner, lunch. Protected terrace of the promenade of the bay of st jean de Luz just what it takes to nevertheless enjoy the whole beautiful view.
