We booked a couple of days before, which is probably advisable as there were a lot of tables booked and we even saw some turned away, who'd arrived on spec. Freindly patrons, and quick service. The Assiette de Conflent' was euros. Slightly overpriced for...Lunch in France but was excellent. All local produce, cheese and pate. The local jambon was particularly good. Had variety and quality of ice cream. The location (under trees in a small place) and view was great. Would return again.
Eus is a just a splendid village and the restaurant is perched between the houses, in a small place, calm, relaxing, lovely. The view of the Canigou is stunning. We can see the summit, the surroundings.. The restaurant as a friendly staff, the prices are...not very expensive. Don't wait for an excellent lunch, it is merely tasty with both local products and drinks. For me, it's almost an obligation to stay some minutes, take a drink and seeing the view.
We arrived here on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation and the waitress managed to seat all eight of us inside the very cosy cafe. The service was excellent and the food was hearty and very tasty. catering for a vegetarian and a non...dairy eater. The outside terrace is a sun trap with spectacular views of the valley below and our quick lunch out spanned five very relaxing and enjoyable hours.
Attended the village of Eus's Fete Nationale Bal here. The set menu was well presented and featured Catalan specialities. I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. We had been walking around Eus for a while and could smell delicious food. Naturally it was lunch time so we tracked it down. Staff were very friendly, food choices were great and the Rose was divine. Such a great location in a tiny square...in the middle of this historic town. Also loved the church and artisan's gift shop.
First of all a very friendly service It's ok for a stop while visiting and having a snack: quiche or local ham sausage and cheese or crêpes (pancakes) with different stuffing or just an ice cream; coffee or wine or plain mineral water I...like menthe à l'eau And you will be just delighted!
Located in the beautiful village of Eus, this restaurant should have the perfect setup for a family lunch. Unfortunately, it took us almost hours to get a few crepes and a salad. Waiter is awfully arrogant. This is a shame, the food is actually...good.
a setting, an atmosphere, a waitress,... ..nothing to say. Not a lot of people on 14 July, there are several servers all as smiling and friendly. that of our table too. copyy flat and good. Simple kitchen but I didn't ask for more. Book a table now
