This store has turned into a complete joke. During the pandemic, they must have decided to install a number of new self checkout lanes, which is fine except for the fact that they are horrendous. I'm there on a random Thursday afternoon and the checkout line runs throughout the entire store. No one was directing anyone and most people are clueless, so they just stand there. The scanners are slower than molasses and constantly screwing up. You cannot have a checkout line that snakes throughout the store on a Thursday afternoon...
I really appreciate the gluten-free options at BJ's! They offer products that can be difficult to find elsewhere, and the prices are great. My personal favorites are the gluten-free Perdue chicken fingers and the Freschetta gluten-free pizzas. The self-checkout is efficient, which is a plus. I do wish they still had the cafes that BJ's and Costco used to offer. They had one but replaced it for order staging. Hopefully, one day they will bring it back and move the staging area near the tire entrance instead.
I'm very disappointed in BJ's management. I'm a new member joining during the pandemic because they offer outside pick-up. In my most recent order their was an item missing. After calling the store and speaking to the manager he insisted that he couldn't credit my account unless I came in the store! I finally got a credit after calling the BJ's 800 number. Bj's, you have one more chance and then I cancel my membership!
We ordered a half sheet cake for my granddaughter's graduation party, and it was absolutely perfect! It was a combination of vanilla and chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The decoration was beautiful, and it tasted absolutely delicious. We will definitely be ordering our cakes from BJ's from now on. One more thing—the price is very reasonable and totally worth it!

BJ's is an excellent option for filling up your gas tank at a lower price, especially since the current administration took office. Their prices are typically around 30 cents cheaper per gallon compared to Wawa, and if you do some shopping beforehand, there are additional ways to save on your gas. I highly recommend getting your gas at BJ's.
Everyone at this store is polite and professional. But if you plan on going to the deli, prepare yourself for an hour long wait. They never seem to have more than one employee working in the deli, and one employee that they always have there takes about 45 minutes to get through three or four customers
Worst customer service got treated not nice and wouldn't let me get in when I didn't have my member ship and was told to show I'd at the customer service for a printed membership and had an argument with the worker and wasn't letting me in and an other worker let me in
I appreciate the cost. This store is clean and well stocked. But check out is a nightmare. They changed the self checkout registers. They are so low to the ground I can't check myself out. My only choice is the ONE cashier they usually have available.
