Im giving this place a 1 star due to its BAD customer service. Me and my partner decided to go have lunch here and have some beers and we decided to go to the bar area. Literally it took 30 min to attend us but the table behind us got there at the sametime we got there and they were served drinks and got their food first. FINALLY the waiter got to us, not once did he say sorryfor the wait. I understand it gets busy but not once say sorry or anything for the long wait. Very disappointing experience during my lunch break. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I arrived within minutes of the time the order was to be ready. I sent my electronic notification. Waited 10 minutes, then went inside only to find a line of peoplewith no one to assist them. My food was colder than room temperature. I requested a refund. They would not provide proof of theelectronic refund. I was offered the cold food, but if I wanted that I wouldn’t have sent it back.
This is the second time I've ordered nachos from this BJ's location through DoorDash, and they arrived without meat. I'm really frustrated that BJ's can't remember to include one of the key ingredients. Now, all I have for dinner are hot chips, cheese, tomatoes, and guacamole. Thanks a lot—great. I’ve visited this place twice now, and once again, it seems they don’t include ice cream and toppings with the pizookie. If I just wanted a cookie, I’d choose a different spot. The root beers were mostly ice as well. The calamari was good, but the dipping sauces were barely half full. Overall, this place has really declined.

The wait to be seated was about 30 minutes, but food came out pretty quick once we were seated. Food was delicious! Tiana was our server. Wow! Exceptional service! Even though the resturant was quite busy today, she went above and beyond for us! You havea jewel BJ's, take care of her!
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The pizza looked sad and the fries were greasy. The salad was lackluster and the garlic bread was missing. The pasta and burger were just okay. Overall, it was a big disappointment.

I was let down by the Garlic Parmesan Knots and the Cauliflower and Quinoa Power Bowl at BJ's Brewhouse. While the Asian Chopped Salad was enjoyable, it didn't have enough dressing to enhance the flavor from the menu.
