My family and I have visited many BJ Restaurant and Brewhouse, and this one by far is the worst we have ever visited. The waiter was slow in taking our order. When he brought our food, half of the table was incorrect and some of our food, an appetizer never made it and was presented the main meals. When we asked to splitthe bill, it was if we speaking a foreign language. No tip was left as I had navagate over trash in the mans restroom. This was my first poor experience with BJ,S.
Overall experience was great. The only thing I want to mention that when we arrived for our reservation, the host said we do not have any reservation even though we showed them the confirmation from Open Table. Not sure what went wrong...Open Table or the restaurant reservation system.
