Food was great and everything but the service was just bad. Our waitress approached us kind of rudely and rarely checked on us. We waited at least 20 mins for our drinks, she stared at my ID for 5 minutes because I could tell she didn’t think it was real. She even came back to check if my boyfriend and I knew the year we were born. We were done eating and waited at least 40 minutes before we got impatient and had to ask a different waitress for our check. I was very disappointed when we left.
they have a great time my wife and I, we had a chance to go to the activities of the last week we both go into rent and somehow we have more fun while the happy hour I think it is just snacking and going out and enjoy a few drinks. we go to black angus as long as we are married and we have been married for 48 years, so all we call a very good experience.
Our reservations were not accommodated. We arrived early to check in and immediately told they were running 45 min behind schedule, it took an hour and a half to be seated. Our server had an unpleasant attitude and rarely came to check on us. The food was just good.
Came in on Valentine’s Day with is a very busy night with a child with autism. Which at times can be hard to manage nonetheless Black Angus made our experience warm, welcoming and with great service. Thank you so much. Book a table now
Valentines Day it was an additional 30 minute wait from reservation but they did inform us but the food was worth the wait and service was good as well.
