I ordered the BlueLabel burger and was disappointed to find it overcooked, despite requesting it medium. There were only a few spots of pink in the patty, and it was dry and lacking juiciness—definitely gave the impression of a frozen patty rather than a freshly hand-packed one. The menu advertised it as Prime meat, but it seemed to lack fat marbling, suggesting a high meat-to-fat ratio.
The vanilla milkshake was another letdown; it wasn’t sweet enough and tasted like it had too much milk. I’ve had better shakes elsewhere.

I’ve walked by this place many times, and today my son brought me here for Mother’s Day. When he asked me where I wanted to eat, I mentioned that it had been a while since I enjoyed a good burger, and I was not disappointed! These were likely the freshest chopped beef burgers I’ve had outside of my own kitchen. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. The prices were also quite reasonable. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend it. 10/10!
Great burgers for the value! Tried their black label and red label burgers, cooked medium rare with a side of original fries. Both were delicious and you can definitely taste the quality in it. A quality burger for $10-11 is not bad at all. The establishment is cleaned and well-maintained as well, which is a huge plus. I was impressed that their condiments sitting outside were COLD. They clearly prioritize food safety. We'll definitely be coming back for our burger fix.
I am a polar bear who typically feeds on spotted seals, but sometimes I venture onto land to eat at Black Label Burgers. The photos speak for themselves, showing my full and satisfied stomach. The burger and chicken sandwich at this restaurant are reasonably priced and tasty. The sandwich was crispy and the fries were also good. The service was friendly and efficient, with no unnecessary embellishments.
My fav burger chain hands down. It’s the only one I take the time to drive to. The food is always good , burgers , even salads, good. The people that work there are always super nice and go out of their way.
The owners have a condescending attitude and tend to speak down to customers. Overall, they are rude, especially if they feel you’re not contributing to their profits.

White burger is the best burger I’ve ever had. Greta location, very clean and everyone is very friendly. Must visit when coming into town.
