This is our favorite neighborhood spot. We adore it. It's a traditional pub with wooden beams all around, offering a wide variety of wine, beer, and spirits. They host numerous events throughout the year and have a craft beer/gin bar in the spacious partially covered garden at the back, complete with heaters. You can also enjoy hot pasties and cheeseboards with crackers and pickles at the bar. I highly recommend it. Price range per person: £1–10.

A pub with a great range of cask ales an Oakham beer is usually available. There is also a separate craft beer and gin bar just off of the garden. Frequent beer festivals are held.
The restaurant is always bustling, which is a positive for the local community. However, at times the staff may seem a bit overwhelmed. The atmosphere is fantastic though! Book a table now
