last night we went to the jubilee to blackbird and sat at the bar (with reservation) from beginning to end the meal was exceptional. the cocktail menu is interesting and well balanced. the menu is small, but seasonal. we shared the rigatoni with sausage and Broccoli rave for our appetizer and it was delicious. I wish there was broth to go through the remains of the sose. we then shared the petit filet mignon, which was cooked on a perfect medium, rarely as desired and the hunch rolled with stuff and chorizo. I never order chickens in a restaurant because I make sure it is dry, but that was the opposite. the sauces in both were so good, and the brussel sprouts and kartoffels were roasted to p...
Warmly greeted by the hostess. Waitress arrived promptly and friendly. Explained the menu and came back in a few minutes to take our order. Food was great. Had the wings, gruyere fried cheese, organic chicken meatballs and the pasta dish with the chorizo. All were hot and very tasty. Had 3 alcohol beverages and the total bill was $100.00 plus tax and tip. Well worth the price. Would definitely go back again.
Everything was great all around…the food, the wine, and the service. Perfect for an impromptu date night.
Favorite local restaurant. Chef’s tasting was amazing. Excellent service and drinks never disappoint.
