The reason I went to this place is because I liked their choice of healthy food, drinks and big choice of vegetarian food. I came around 1.30 pm and there was no place available to seat. So I decided to take a golden turmeric latte to go. I’m sure the food is delicious because there was no a single empty table but come on guys, your golden latte was a disaster I’m afraid it’s a common thing in Pau. It’s a small town and maybe it’s not a good idea to get exotic drinks here. And yes, I love turmeric and every time I see a turmeric latte I go for it. Sorry to say but yours just wasn’t delicious
I go home with and am greeted with a smile, I see the price of brunch and begins to worry, two customers to look at are getting killed I think it is a restaurant for bobos, too expensive for what it is with an irrespective team. But actually not at all, the food is excellent, the ham bar toast is a slaughter, the white cheese with chia seeds is to roll on the ground and the cookies was very good no matter what a bit bourative, but it is in normal cookies therefore! Great team and great decor, a vintage style with good music and a good atmosphere, I return to it as soon as I return to Pau.
I had the opportunity to eat an excellent brunch (reservation on their Instagram or by phone) for an unbeatable price of 21€ per person, which is reasonable for the quality of the products. The products are fresh and of high quality, and the presentation is treated. The service is also impeccable, and the staff is very attentive. I had a great time at BLEND brunch. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality brunch in the city center of PAU!
On the way to Pau, I went to discover this little restaurant with a friend, we took a brunch with avocado toast, potimarron , egg mollet, goat nuts, cookies herbs, oat milk latté, chia pudding and its small fruits, and orange juice mango passion... The staff is super friendly we feel very well, everything is homemade, fresh and everything was EXCELLENT!! Thank you again

Beautiful establishment. I came there for a fresh juice in the morning (excellent) and seeing the homemade preparations for the noon be done in front of me I couldn't resist to book a table for the noon. Everything is really great and the team is very friendly. Address to visit absolutely!
Very accommodating as we hadn’t booked! Loved the feel of this cafe, simple but tastefully decorated. We had the most delicious pancakes with fruit and yogurt and scrambled eggs with avocado. All beautifully cooked and presented. A must visit in Pau
So lovely to have a delicious spot for lunch in Pau. The vegan lunch menu option was great, with super yummy smoothies and vegan dessert too. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend a brunch/ lunch at Blend!
Cappuccino: The foam is melting, the perfect aesthetic, the taste as I like. I love the buoy on the glass that expresses it as it fits inside and as it is animated. This place is a mess!
