The woman making coffees was fantastic but it went downhill fast after that. I believe our server was quite new so we cut him a break but the service was simply awful from him. He took our order, he dropped our food, and we never saw him again until we paid. It was wonderful from the lady up front though, so three out of five stars. The clam chowder was inedible. Lacking flavor outside of the mountain of Dill put in it. Can't say I ever had clam chowder with that much Dill or any Dill for that matter. But wow was it bad. We sent it back. The snug harbor was covered with some of the some Dill aioli which overpowered the dish. The potatoes were soft and underwhelming. We took a shot and it jus...

Came here for lunch during a family vacation and we were so impressed with the food! Everyone LOVED what they ordered. My husband and I got the Halibut Burger and my MIL got the Surfer Sandwich. We couldn't stop talking about this meal the rest of our trip. We were staying in Seaside, but if we were staying closer we definitely would've gone back for seconds! We also decided to get the Tollhouse Pie. It was one of the most amazing desserts I've ever had. It was like eating a cookie that had just come out of the oven. Still melty and gooey but in pie form. The view of the ocean was also so pretty to look at while eating our lunch. Highly recommend Roseanna's and can't wait to go back some day...

Roseanna’s is a cozy and inviting restaurant set in a century-old building with a lovely view of the ocean in Oceanside, Oregon. The service is warm and friendly. I ordered the halibut sandwich, which was a pleasant surprise; instead of the typical fried and greasy version, it was lightly sautéed and covered in panko breadcrumbs. I also enjoyed the crinkle-cut chips, a nice change from standard French fries. Although the main course was generously portioned enough for two, I couldn’t resist dessert when I saw Marionberry cobbler on the menu. I'm so glad I gave in! Chef Kevin truly shines! We also got clam chowder and crab cakes to take home and are eagerly looking forward to dinner tonight.

Easy to find as long as you can find parking. A small wait before being seated. The food was good but not great. Looks better than it actually is. The Shrimp Melt was really good. The clam chowder was different and didn’t taste like a lot of other places but it was still okay. Is was heavily seasoned. The Oyster Burger was something you won’t find in a lot of places. It was very very very rich. The strongest tasting oysters I’ve ever eaten. The texture was also very gooey in a weird way that I haven’t ever had. I still don’t know how I feel about the sandwich but it was weird good and bad all at the same time. Book a table now

It's the best restaurant in Oceanside, but mediocre anywhere else. It's the kind of place you go to for nostalgia, it's been consistently the same for 20 years food and atmosphere) with great beach views. The salad is... a salad. The sandwiches are served with potato chips you'd find at the bottom of the bag. The drinks are made with cheap alcohol, but not the worst I've had. This is no fine dining. It reminds me of cafeteria/diner food. Their desserts are good, though a little expensive $12.50). The servers are always friendly. It's not worth going out of your way for, but if you go enjoy the view.

To make matters worse, she was unfamiliar with the menu prices and ended up overcharging us. When I brought this to her attention, she still proceeded to add a 20% gratuity despite our being there for only about 20 minutes, largely due to the uncomfortable atmosphere she created. Overall, this establishment feels overpriced, and given that it’s one of only two restaurants in Oceanside, I would recommend heading up the road to find a better option—somewhere where the online menu accurately reflects what is offered in-store.

Lunch with an ocean view and friendly service, what more could you ask for. The the fried oyster sandwich paired with the clam chowder was exactly what I was looking for on an overcast afternoon.

The last few years we have seldom found Rosanna's open. So it was great to find it operating at its former level. The view is lovely and desserts delicious. Book a table now
