My Uncle introduced me to these chain a couple months ago and since I came back to SF again and they were right up the street from where we ate I went to try them again from a location I hadn’t tried yet. My Sweet Latte was still as delicious as I remember but for the price it’s hard to justify. It was also in a smaller cup than the other location but that could have been on me not specifying size. Still I would probably come back because the quality is pretty hard to beat. 4.7/5.
I'm a regular at this restaurant, and I have to say that the bathroom has a persistent unpleasant odor, reminiscent of someone who might have slept there overnight. The location is fantastic, but I've noticed some customers park right in front of the bus stop to quickly pick up their food and drinks, leading to noisy and chaotic traffic situations.
Price at the counter was upped for choosing to dine in.. that left me feeling a bit ripped given that more than half of the patrons in the shop had takeaway cups, and there was zero table service anyway. $8+ then for a macha late is excessive. I’m also yet to understand the service of Americanos at boiling temperature.
Coffee is expensive but it is really good. Rating 4 stars because it 's also not a great place to sit and work for a few hours so it 's not a 5 star coffee shop in that sense. The wifi is extremely slow and there is only 1 table that has a power outlet. Peet 's down the street is an overall better experience. Book a table now
Had a pleasant visit while on a stroll in San Francisco. Great stuff. First time I tried it out after seeing locations all over the place. The menu is simple and the recommendation I got from the barista was the Shakerato, which turned out pretty good. Not too expensive either.
It's hard to beat Blue Bottle's coffee, but food options aren't great, and the wifi is pretty slow. There is only one outlet as well, so there are plenty of better options if you need to work. It's a great option for getting coffee to go for a walk around the area, though!
Our favorite spot for coffee. Excellent coffee, food, and service. However, the bathroom is always filthy and it stinks so much. Often times, there are no more toilet paper. Would be super if they can clean it more often and also do something about the odor.
This is a fantastic spot! I really enjoy the coffee, and the service is excellent. However, the restroom is a major issue. Have you ever cleaned it? The smell is very unpleasant, and the sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all! Book a table now
As for parking, it can be a challenge. Paid parking along Fillmore is $7 per hour. We were lucky enough to find a spot right in front, but we didn't want to shell out $7 today. Perhaps next time...
