I regularly went here, our order was stuffed up and a $10 burger was given to someone else. We were down the river by the time we realised so my partner went back and the owners swore black and blue they gave it to us and would not refund the money. I then rang up and they "realised they gave it to someone else" I asked for a refund and said that I was annoyed because the rest of our tea was going cold then she just went on a rant and wouldn't let me get a word in. I managed to say "but isn't the customer always right" and off she went again saying that we are not welcome back in the shop. I ended up hanging up on her because she was completely unreasonable. Been going to blue pacific for 15 years food is always nice but the customer service has always left me speechless and i have to say something this time. Rang up to advise that we didnt get something and before i finished telling the owner she was yelling at me on the phone and very rude. I have never felt so belittled. Will never get food from there again...and some friendly advice to the female owner...its not nice to hear you talking bad about other shop owners in the street....get some customer service training
I rang to ask for home delivery and the lady on the other end of the phone was lovely and very friendly and professional.We had a family pack and I absolutely loved the fish in the pack. The chips were quite good too as were the dim sims in the pack. The potato cakes were a little over cooked and hard...but they were still edible. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the food and the quantity as well. And the girl that delivered the food was lovely too.
I eat here regularly atleast 3 times a week and this is because out of the hundreds of cafes I've eaten from Cairns to Melbourne they serve the most tasty and delicious Savs ever! The gravy is amazing also and even though the Savs area average 50c more than other places it's well worth the bite, I always walk in and the management staff always ask how many Savs do I want, I love it great place!

A stranger will know that this shop is promising. It is not in a prominent position, but a stream of locals call in to take away their orders. In the fish department, there was a choice of butterfish, blue grenadier and flake. There were 3 of us so we tried all 3. Excellent for an outlet so far inland, and no close to any population centre.
Simply ordered some fish and chips with gravy for lunch. Received the order with no gravy and went to enquire, was bluntly and rudely shut down and told i 'definitely did not' order the gravy. The lady was extremely rude in serving. To topit off the fish was tiny and paper thin and definitely not worth the hefty price!
Having tried other fish and chip shops love the Blue Pacific fish and chips , easy to ring ahead and pick up order little waiting time and all food seems very fresh
we had a lovely meal the fish was fresh and enjoyable had blue grenadier from Tasmania chips potato cake and dim sim with tartar sauce all very nice and fresh
