This restaurant serves fantastic authentic Chinese cuisine. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and always has a smile. Additionally, when placing large orders, they often include extra food items as a thank you gesture. It's definitely worth a visit.
I recently ordered takeout from the consistently reliable Blue Sky and was very impressed. The food arrived in less than 20 minutes and was absolutely delicious. I have been a loyal customer for years and have no reservations in recommending them.
This was a major disappointment. The Hong Kong-style sauce had no depth of flavor and simply tasted like tomato.
I feel bad saying anything. It just was completely unacceptable. Please change.
