This location is -not- closed we went there today for a light lunch. The service was typical Disney-nice with good+ good plus sandwiches. However this review was created solely to warn people off the 'cinnamon yummy ' bakery item.My guess is the bakery treat is meant to be warmed then consumed right away. It looked delicious and soft. Perhaps my taste buds were affected by the dressing on my sandwich, but the caramel ? on top was a leathery shell coating that was chewy and difficult to cut through. And the bun below was nearly tasteless and a little oily, possibly from butter from the caramel topping? I don 't know how they managed to make cinnamon nearly tasteless but honestly this bun was...
The roasted chicken sandwich I ordered was served cold, which surprised me since "roasted" typically suggests it should be hot. Personally, I find cold chicken unappetizing. On a positive note, the staff members were fantastic. Unfortunately, the coleslaw was also very dry and not enjoyable. The highlight of my meal was the tomato soup—it was quite good. Additionally, I noticed inconsistency with the sandwiches: I ordered two, and one had three pieces of chicken while the other had four. There definitely needs to be more consistency in the serving sizes. Lastly, I shouldn't forget to mention how dry the chicken was overall. This review pertains to Boardwalk Deli, not Boardwalk Bakery.
If there's one thing I love, it's a good Reuben sandwich, and Boardwalk Bakery/Deli has the best that I have had in years. The helping was very generous, and was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and very efficient, and eating outside next to the water as we watched the bustling nighttime activity of the boardwalk was unexpectedly one of the best memories we made our entire 7 days at Walt Disney World resort. If I'm ever lucky enough to go back to the resort, Boardwalk Bakery will be an immeditae go-to. I know it's just a restaurant, but the memories we made in the mere 20 minutes we were there will last for the rest of my life.

This place is fantastic! I ordered an Italian sub, and the bread was soft, fluffy, and fresh. The balance of meat and condiments was just right, and everything tasted fresh—I could clearly distinguish each flavor. Honestly, it's one of the best deli sandwiches I've had in a long time. My wife also appreciates their allergy protocol. They actually isolate items marked for allergies and cook them separately, which is how it should be done. Many places don’t take this necessary step. We plan to return multiple times during our vacation for quick bites.
10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! My dad and I walked over from Epcot to grab dinner and were not disappointed. At the time the place didn’t have a long wait all and the staff were super helpful and friendly!! We got our sandwiches in less that 10 minutes and it was fairly cheap. This really isn't Boardwalk Bakery anymore, it's now the boardwalk deli. It looks like they are building a full scale, full serve bakery in the old spaceFairly small menu, just a couple of sandwiches and some baked goods. Oddly, the prices are a little more expensive than inside the yacht club at the quick serve.
We ate here for lunch. Italian sub was more of a lunch meat sandwich and just ok. Caesar salad (no chicken) seemed fresh and was tasty as was the Mickey Mouse chocolate chip muffin. Service was a bit slow but friendly. Seating is outside only.
