Today, unfortunately, we had to tell her that our 11-year-old dog had passed away. She was crying in the stairwell because her roommate was studying in their room. I tried to order chicken noodle soup from Bob Evan's through DoorDash, but they couldn't deliver it since they were closing soon. We arrived at the restaurant on a Sunday just after 12 pm, knowing it would be busy. We were informed of a 20-minute wait, so we put our name down. Unfortunately, the wait turned into nearly an hour before we were finally seated. If we had known it would take that long, we may have reconsidered. Once seated, our waitress only came by three times: to take our order, drop off water, and deliver our food. My boyfriend had to wait ten minutes for a water refill. When our food arrived, my scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery, his biscuits were extremely hard, and the breakfast potatoes were disappointing. Between the food not having all the ingredients and the waitress being totally unconcerned about our breakfast dining experience, this is the worst Bob Evans visit we have had. No drink refills offered, when waitress was notified of the food being inaccurate she proceeded to the next table and took their order. She began to walk away from our table and had to be called back. No concern whatsoever. And this whole dining event lasted an hour and ten minutes for two people. For one breakfast that was kind of right! Never again.
I had high expectations when I visited this restaurant after a long time, but I was very disappointed with the service and the food quality. I waited for an hour for my food, only to find a hair in it and ingredients that I specifically asked to be excluded. Both of my friends also had issues with their meals, with missing ingredients and unsatisfactory taste.

Only 4 tables used yet food came out cold coffee Luke warm biscuits so hard couldn't break them in half syrup had a scim on the top oatmeal congealed and cold bacon almost burnt Yet we waited 25 minutes for food to come out. Only good thing was the waitress was very pleasant.
I love this restaurant (physically eating at the restaurant) but every time I order from here on door dash my food is ice cold. They didnt give me my banana bread. For the amount of money paid it was not worth it.
I honestly dont know what this is, its just a pile of meat, carrots and potatoes all seperate, no juice or anything, its nothing like advertised, im really disappointed I spent this much money on this.
