The food is excellent, but the service is quite disorganized. I walked in to place an order and saw at least 4-5 customers come in after me to pick up their orders, and the staff continued to process their transactions before taking my order. When I was finally able to place my order, I understood that they were busy, so I settled in to wait. However, during my 35-minute wait, I overheard at least three orders that were wrong. I guess it’s best to call ahead next time, as walking in means you might be waiting for a while.
We ordered a dozen of crabs and shrimps and I have to share my true disappointment with my experience.... the crabs were not seasoned adequately and the service was less than appealing.You would think after spending almost $100 on great food per the reviews, we would 've eaten more than 2.My son had the fish chips and the fish had so much oil.
I am from MD. Steamed crabs are more than food. They are an experience for us. Little did I know that Bob's Seafood sold male steamed crabs. I called ahead and the order was ready very quickly. These crabs are very juicy and meaty. I'll be back!Food: 5/5
