This was the time at Bob's, and unfortunately was a spilt. My wife's entree was great while mine was not. I ordered the filet and requested a medium cook. It came out not only **** but threads of gristle throughout the cut. I sent it back to be cooked to my taste, but it came back slightly more done (still more rare than I liked) with of course the gristle. The manager came to our table inquiring if my steak was now ok? It was not, but at that point I was not going to return it a second time. I will go back to Bob's, because I believe in second chances and out of isn't bad. I also think I ordered the wrong entree, and/or either the cut of meat was lacking or this particular large cut of file...
Wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Bob’s and it was a wonderful experience! Our server Russel could not have been any better. Made excellent recommendations, was extremely amicable, laughed with us, and ensured that everything exceeded our expectations! The food was also amazing. Tomahawk Ribeye and Creamed Spinach were incredible. The chef’s compote butter was a great addition. Also, the bread was the perfect combination of crunchy and light-and-airy. Then the night was made complete by their mouth watering bread pudding; which was on the house to help us celebrate. Thank you Russel for ensuring our evening was spectacular
Food quality was not up to par for what I’m use to at a Bob’s Chop House. Lobster Bisque was too salty and had a weird smokey taste to it….same goes for Brussels Sprouts. Rest of meal was Ok, but nothing special. I’ve eaten at the main location on Lemmon many times without issues, first time at this location
I usual go to Bob's in Grapevine. This was the first time I was taking this young lady to dinner and I thought I would chance Ft Worth store. Every thing was great. Food, Service and all. Young lady that waited on us was great

Best in the City! I took my daughter for her birthday dinner and she picked the restaurant! Cheryl served us and she was fantastic. Food was superior. Overall, it was stellar! My highest rating!
