Boca Sport - Table reservation

Very horrible experience! We were not warned beforehand by a bracelet that we needed to pay R$15.00 to sit there and consume. So in case we were to eat a snack, my husband and daughter paid R$45.00. I think abuse is unfair, be respectful and warn people before they enter. Never again, God forbid. They're going to make a fool out of Grandma, they won't catch me anymore and if I do I'm going to warn people to stay away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A waiter served us meat and potatoes and bad brother asked if there were any cutlery and the answer was very rude, the waiter said the following: I don't have a crystal ball to guess, because here people serve themselves with toothpicks. 15 reais per person just to enter, they don't tell you the details, you're only told when you're going to pay the bill and you're surprised. In other words, you eat on site and they still charge 15 reais per person, just for you being there, very strange...

Terrible! We were served today by an extremely rude waiter and they charged us for the bracelet when we left without eating, we were not notified of this charge when we arrived and had to pay the fee when we left! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
