I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. The sandwich had a generous amount of meat on it and tasted good. However, when I removed the top bread to adjust the amount of meat, I discovered either gnats or fruit flies inside. I called the restaurant to discuss this issue, and the person I spoke to denied having fruit on the menu. I noticed fruit salad in the window display along with macaroni salad and cold cuts. It was disappointing that the staff did not apologize or offer a refund. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Their pizza is really good and was fresh but I wish I could say the same for the fries, they were over fried and very oily. You know when the fry gets dark due to too much oil, on top of that there was some chicken pieces in my fries, I don’t eat chicken so seeing that just made me throw the fries. They fry them in the name oil and the burned chicken pieces just come along the fries.
This is the best small town deli I’ve been to. Food is fresh and made to order. I had the chicken parm hero and it did not disappoint. My only complaint was they didn’t have enough garlic knots. I only got 1. But it was terrific. I don’t need more than the 1 but I sure would have loved more. Next time I’m in the area I will stop in.
My favorite day of the week is Thursday because of the delicious mac and cheese at this restaurant. The service is excellent, and Kasha, Mike, Danny, and the entire staff make it a fantastic spot for lunch. Just make sure to arrive before noon if you want to enjoy a hot meal.

This restaurant is terrible! I ordered 2 chicken cutlet sandwiches and the chicken was undercooked. I also requested mayo on the side, but it was warm and expired. Eat here at your own risk!
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and respectful, very attentive and understanding. The food is great whether it's hot or cold. The pizza with extra cheese is absolutely delicious.
