I work for Amazon and visit the Dunkin' Donuts down the road every morning before my shift. However, whenever I have to go to this particular location, it tends to ruin my entire day. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, they are quite incompetent. I always order a toasted English muffin and add a Beyond sausage because I can't eat cheese or egg. Every other Dunkin' has managed to accommodate my request correctly, but this location seems unable to do so. The Beyond sausage option automatically includes egg and cheese, which I can’t have, so I specifically ask for my order to be made without those items. Sadly, this is the only Dunkin' where my order has never been prepared as requested....
This DD is the best! I’ve been a customer at this location for 7 years now. My job is located right near this place and I come here almost everyday to get coffee for my coworkers and I. The staff here are my favorite and are so nice and generous. I enjoy coming here almost everyday to enjoy their amazing coffees and drinks!
I’m excited to see another Dunkin' open near the Bethpage Business Center. The employees are really great, but unfortunately, the atmosphere of this Dunkin' feels somewhat rude. The menu offers a good selection, though the overall vibe could be improved.

The restaurant is easily accessible, and the staff is very friendly. It was quite busy during my visit, so I had to wait a little while for my cake. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.
We waited at 100°C for 20 minutes, and I would do it all over again. The ice cream is the best I've ever had. The staff is always friendly. It's a must-visit if you're a fan of Baskin-Robbins!
Even though someone was cleaning the restroom, they told me it was out of order. Dishonest staff.
