The staff is very friendly. They have a very slow system to pay and deliver products. It takes longer to wait to be served by the winery than it takes to decide to purchase. You have to get a number so they can verify it at the warehouse, (this part is very slow) then you can pay and pick up the purchase. I think they should have more agility at the warehouse, maybe with a little more staff?
