I have been to this spa multiple times. My most recent experience was horrible. Up on arrival I check in. I got my regular disposables bikini and flip flops. They charged me for my services upfront. When I finished my getting my facial there was a puddle of water in-front of my locker. It was disgusting. The whole area was unclean. On top of it, a weird lady pacing back and forth not sure if she was struggling with mental health issues or not. But it was very disturbing and uncomfortable. Went to the Conteanental party here that's held once a month. I have never been to such a hot party as this and I've been around! The guys were so delicious. There are plenty of average guys as well so it's not overly intimidating with just the hotties. The space is great. Just wish they would tone down the heat in the main sauna room space . It's too damned hot in there. I'm surprised they haven't had someone stroke out yet given the physical exertion that's occurring. Also the heat is no friend to the occasionally messy bottom who ends up leaving evidence of their accident. Which then just permeates the space with its nasty smell.
Clean and quiet. Fair prices. Excellent massage. First time that I tried the 90 minute session. You really get to experience the total body pampering. Felt like a dream! There are so many options to choose from, too! I gave a 4 because one of the 4 saunas was unavailable. My partner and I loved the jacuzzi, and the cold pool, as well as the saunas that were working. It was a birthday gift that I got to enjoy. Totally worth it, plus it's in Brooklyn.

Brought my husband here to his birthday and I would say it’s worth every penny I paid!!! Booked the vip suite plus massage, everyone that worked with us were so nice and professional…and the food OMG it was so delicious, I’m salivating rn thinking about it . Overall it was an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be back!!
This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The borthday package was amazing. Got scrubbed lathered in REAL SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE! It smelled heavenly! The facial was the most relaxing, thank Chantal for the experience will be back. Also the mocktail I haf was great.
I forgot how great this place is. There have been some renovations since the last time I’ve been here and the vibe service is still excellent. Came for a facial with Chantelle, left glowing I’ll definitely be back now that I’m in the area again.
Ok... I really want to support this place. But please.... hire professional masseuses. It felt so bad having paid so much for someone to be playing on my body.
